Aisha was born with spastic cerebral palsy and could not stand unsupported at age 6. Multiple therapies had helped her strength, but her ankles kept collapsing inward.

Our pediatric team fitted her with custom ground-reaction AFOs moulded from 3D scans, followed by a 12-session gait-training programme designed as games — balloon taps, treasure walks and music steps.

Within four months Aisha stood unsupported. By month eight she walked the length of her classroom holding one rail. Her school reports she now joins morning assembly standing, like every other child.

Her parents bring her for growth reviews every five months — and she insists on showing every visitor how fast she can walk.
